FAQ

1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within one to five days of you placing your order, and then take another 7-10 days to reach your doorstep. So the overall shipping times are 7-14 days, depending on your location. We will send you an e-mail with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

2. What's your return policy?

We can exchange the item for the same one if something went wrong or we can issue a full refund within 30 days of the date when you have received the item. 3. How do I track my order?

As soon as your item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that will let you keep an eye on your order at all times. Simply look out for the e-mail containing the tracking number and click on the number when you have received the e-mail. Note that it can take up to 1-5 days to process your order after the purchase have been completed, depending on the volume of the items purchased.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified in our shipping policy. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.

4. Can I modify the order after completing checkout?

Yes, absolutely, if you would like to make any changes to your order after you have already placed it, simply let us know as soon as possible at theblackcompany.service@gmail.com. We can update the order for you according to your preference, but DO NOT place another order containing the corrections to avoid being overcharged.

5. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we have an exchange policy specified in our refund policy. However, if for any reason you did not get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we will get you a new one. For any inquiries, please contact us at theblackcompany.service@gmail.com.

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there is an issue with your order - it is the wrong size, wrong colour, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted, then simply notify us, and we will issue a full refund. You will not be asked to ship the product back to us.

4. What if my item is missing?

We keep an eye on our orders very closely and update the shipping information regularly. However, if you still have not received the order after 14 days of your initial purchase, please send us an e-mail immediately at theblackcompany.service@gmail.com and we will process the full refund. We ask you to not leave any negative reviews if you have any problems with your orders before contacting us by e-mail. Our customer team is there to support you 24/7.
